The Path to Destiny: Decision, Commitment and Compatibility

Hey there and welcome to the near year! Listen to today’s podcast for tips on setting achievable new year’s resolutions.


Almost everybody makes plans when the new year rolls around, only to procrastinate and never actually reach those goals. Procrastination is a direct negative to even setting goals! Do not set goals without having the motivation to reach them.


Are the goals you have set for the near year the same ones you set for the previous?


If so, here are my 3 tips to examine when creating new resolutions:


Set realistic goals – ones that don’t place pressure on you and that you can visualize yourself achieving. These need to be achievable and have a set time frame with steps in mind on how to get there.


Identify the steps – what steps do you need to take in order to achieve the goals that you have set? Can you incorporate these steps into your routine? Does it look like more of a reality or a vision?


Don’t procrastinate – procrastination is a goal-killer. You will never reach your goals if you continue to put them off.

If you take your goal and identify it, recognize the strategy needed and start making little steps, I guarantee you will see your #DreamLifebecome a reality.
