Hi! I'm Katherine Smith, or Coach Kathy for short. I’m a seasoned business professional, professor at California State University Dominguez Hills (CSUDH) and certified business coach through the Life Coach Institute of Orange County. I spent 15 years with the Boeing Company helping to build internal strategies while increasing efficiency within the company. I began applying my own Success Formulas to students, professionals and business organizations alike. I started to notice that, through my guidance and mentorship, clients were seeing unparalleled success, and this sparked the birth of In Your Korner.

My passion for building high-performance teams and my clear understanding that organizations and individuals are complex and multidimensional allowed me to create In Your Korner to focus on career development, succession planning, project management, and team building. With these building blocks, I can create programs that are tailored to yield specific results.
